I bought Sara Lee’s pie crust, but you can buy another piecrust or make one yourself 🙂
400g Fazer milk chocolate or your favorite!
2 dl whipping cream or heavy cream
3 dl whipping cream
1,5 dl powdered sugar
2-3 teaspoons vanilla sugar
1 cup strawberries, if frozen they have to be thawed.
100g milk chocolate
Bake the pie crust (see the package how to do it for best results) and then let it stand aside and cool.
First filling:Start by boil the cream, break the chocolate in another bowl. Pour the hot cream and whisk fast and hard
until the chocolate has melted and no chocolate pieces remain. It shouldn’t be runny, but fluffy.
Second filling:Whip the cream and powdered sugar, add vanilla sugar and whisk until it’s fluffy and nice.
When the pie crust is cold, you can pour the chocolate filling on the pie and let stand in the refrigerator.
When the chocolate filling has cooled, garnish with the whipped cream.
Place chocolate in a water bath and add a pinch of sugar. Then use a knife to make chocolate decorations and even drizzle chocolate on the whipped cream filling. Cut strawberries and decorate however you want, Choose your favorite fruits/berries!
Let stand in refrigerator 1-2 hours before serving!
