Absolutely wonderful experience. The service and the way the courses advance from one into another are really what strikes you as impeccable as the menu develops.
The food was stellar, right from the beginning canape all the way to the dessert.
The jowl of pork was just divine, crunchy black truffle on top of soft succulent meat and the snappy tang of green Apple all went beautifully with the lurking star anise.
The smoked eel was another favorite. The baked beetroot lent an earthy flavor, this coupled with the smoky eel and the dried olive made it evolve into something really unique.
