Please don’t call it rocket, it is a terrible terrible word for a plant. Honestly, it sounds like a marketing guy in the 80s came up with it.

Arugula was what it was called in all English speaking nations for centuries. And in Italy (where it came from) it was called Rucola for thousands of years. Also it is called arugula in Canada 95% of the time still so it isn’t an American thing.
If you insist on sticking with it, why not rename cauliflower “Fatburner5000”? Celery can be “The Crunch”.
